Requests & corrections

What should we grade next?

The catalog grows from what people actually want checked. Tell us which supplement to review, which entry needs updating, or where we got something wrong. Popular requests get prioritised - and corrections with a source get our fastest attention.

Quick answers

What happens to my suggestion?

We log every request. Supplements that get asked about a lot move up the queue, and corrections backed by a credible source get checked fast. New and updated entries go through the same verification gate as everything else - sourced and dated before they publish.

Can I report a mistake or an out-of-date grade?

Yes - please do. Pick 'A correction' and, if you can, include a link to a study or review. Getting things right is the entire point of the site.

Do I have to give my email?

No. Email is optional and only used to reply to you or let you know when your suggestion goes live. The site sets no tracking cookies and stores no personal data on our servers.

Can a brand pay to get their supplement listed or upgraded?

A brand can pay to have a product independently lab-tested and listed, clearly labelled as sponsored - but that can never buy a better grade. Grades are set from the evidence first. See our conflict-of-interest policy.
